Let’s take a breath.  Before you can embark on this next journey, it is critical to process and recover from the layoff or burnout associated with your previous role.  This might include anger over how it was handled, bitterness over who stayed, or shock that it happened at all. This initial step is what will prepare your mindset for your job search ahead and help you to achieve the best possible outcome for yourself.

REDEFINE

This is where you take back control of your circumstances and reaffirm that every perceived “setback” CAN be an opportunity for a fresh start and something not only “new” but better!  This is a chance to dig deep and ask yourself the important questions that will help you find clarity.  Together, we will determine what you want in your next job and clarify your moves to get there.
